Fulfillment Times

Most Iris + Mill jewelry is made to order, crafted with care after your purchase is placed. Fulfillment times vary based on item availability and complexity.

• In-stock items ship within 1 business day.
• Made-to-order and custom pieces may require up to 8 business days to fulfill. Estimated lead times are noted on each individual product listing.

Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time.

Transit Times

After fulfillment, standard shipping typically delivers within 3–4 business days anywhere in the continental United States.

Need it faster? Expedited overnight shipping is available for a flat rate of $40, shipping to any U.S. address.

Total delivery time = fulfillment time + transit time. For example, a made-to-order piece fulfilled in 5 business days with standard shipping would arrive within approximately 8–9 business days from order placement.

Our Shipping Carrier

We ship exclusively via UPS. UPS is our carrier of choice for their reliability, package handling standards, and real-time tracking capabilities — all important when shipping fine jewelry.

Sales Tax & Shipping Charges

Sales tax is collected on all orders shipped to a Pennsylvania address, in accordance with Pennsylvania state law. Shipping charges are non-taxable and are itemized separately at checkout. There are no handling fees — handling is included at no additional charge.
