Fulfillment Times
Most Iris + Mill jewelry is made to order. Fulfillment times vary based on item availability and complexity. In-stock items ship within 1 business day. Made-to-order and custom pieces may require up to 8 business days to fulfill — lead times are noted on each product listing.
Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
All orders include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your item has shipped.
Transit Times
Standard shipping typically delivers within 3–4 business days after fulfillment. Expedited overnight shipping is available for $40 flat rate, anywhere in the United States.
Shipping Tax Information
Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within Pennsylvania. Shipping charges are not taxable and are stated separately at checkout. Handling is included at no additional charge.
